The Opportunity 

​

We are seeking a collaborative and entrepreneurial Veterinary Behaviorist to launch and lead behavior services at Ally. Whether you're ready to begin in our current space or looking to transition over the coming months, you'll have a dedicated consultation and treatment space, with direct input on developing behavior protocols and optimizing your program as we grow. 

This role is ideal for someone who:

Your Own Behavior Practice 

Unlike corporate hospitals or high-volume clinics, you'll design your behavior practice from the foundation up. You'll have direct input on: 

• Consultation room setup optimized for behavior assessments and owner consultations

Ideal Candidate

You are a board-certified veterinary behaviorist (ACVB) or residency-trained behaviorist with strong expertise in companion animal behavior who: 

• Holds a DVM or equivalent degree with current state licensure 

• Brings expertise in behavior assessment, modification, and evidence-based training principles
