RedRover Relief

Safe Escape: Through this program, grants help domestic violence survivors escape abusers with their pets by covering the cost of pet boarding while a survivor is in shelter. 

Urgent Care Grants: RedRover Relief offers Urgent Care grants to pet parents facing economic hardship when their pets are in life-threatening situations. Case managers provide emotional support and guidance throughout the application process.

Frankie's Friends

Frankie's Friends is a national nonprofit foundation that provides financial assistance grants to family-owned pets in need of lifesaving emergency or specialty veterinary care.

Overview & Mission

  • Founded: Established in 1999 to help families who cannot afford advanced veterinary treatments.

  • Goal: To save pets suffering from cancer and other life-threatening conditions when care is otherwise out of financial reach.

Grant Requirements

  • The pet must require emergency or specialty care.

  • A licensed vet must have already evaluated the animal.

  • The condition must carry a good prognosis for a return to a good quality of life after treatment.

  • Grants do not exceed $2,000 per pet, per household.
