The Opportunity 

We are seeking a collaborative and entrepreneurial Veterinary Internist to launch and lead internal medicine services at Ally when our new state-of-the-art facility opens. This is a unique opportunity to help design your internal medicine program from the ground up, with direct input on diagnostic space, equipment, and team structure before you arrive.

Ideal Candidate 

You are a board-certified veterinary internist (ACVIM) or residency-trained internist with strong expertise in internal medicine diagnostics and management who: 

  • Holds a DVM or equivalent degree with current state licensure 

  • Brings expertise in internal medicine diagnostics and evidence-based treatment protocols 

  • Values collaboration, complex problem-solving, and client communication
